Can you provide accurate and detailed quotes within 5 working days of receiving our request?
The quotes we are sending within 24 hours from viewing the property. It is in the price scale that you can find on our price list.
Can you collect keys from Agents if required for property access?
We can collect keys from the Agents, clean and drop the keys back to the Agents.
Can you provide accurate dates to complete the work once a quote has been accepted.
We are able to book cleaning as soon as next day in advance and as late as one month. Depending on the client’s wishes and preferences.
Can you provide Public Liability Insurance and any other relevant documents for our records.
We can provide our public and employers insurance.
DBS or Qualifications certificates we can not share individuals as it is under data protection law. However, we can provide you with our COSHH files and RA if needed.
Can you provide before and after photos of each visit?
After every clean our cleaners are filling up form where they are confirming what they have done. This includes before and after photos. We are happy to provide you the photos separate as well.
