Safety first

At Will Clean It, we are committed to safety of all of our staff members - from the beginning!

Our interviews are always carried out with at least 2 members of management. Our interviews are carried out online, from the safety of your home, recorded and filed by the management team.

We have our jobs posted on indeed. When you apply on indeed, we schedule meeting with you when we discuss all the information that you would like to know about us.

Facebook

We sometimes post on Facebook, looking for more staff as we are a growing company. If you apply by messenger, we will ask you to send us your CV and we will call you as soon as we can. We will have our management team to call you and explain to you the types of jobs our teams work on. You are welcome to ask any questions.

Trial shift

Before trial shift

We believe that not everyone will be interested in the job that we do. That is a reason why we offer "trial" shift when we invite you to spend one shift, working with one of our supervisors. If you decide the work isn't for you, that is fine - you will still get paid for the shift you worked!

Before trial shift

Before your trial shift we have to make sure that we have all your paperwork. If we do not have it, you will not be able to do your trial shift.

The paperwork needs to prove that you have the right to work in the UK, your bank details (so we can pay you for the work) and other essential information that every employer needs prior to starting any job.

WhatsApp group

Interview/phone call

We have WhatsApp group where we are sharing all the available jobs for the upcoming week. If you decide to work with us, you will be added to the group. To have a job assigned to you, simply give it a thumbs up!

We will never request anything inappropriate from you during the interview.
